Eligibility for Exchange

- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Eligible Items: Please note that certain items, such as final sale products, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange

- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during shipping.
- Ship the Item: Attach the provided return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Processing Your Exchange
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the exchange criteria.
- Approval: If the item(s) pass inspection, we will process your exchange and send you the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
- Notification: You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been processed and the replacement item(s) have been shipped.
Additional Information
- Shipping Costs: If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, return shipping costs may apply.
- International Exchanges: For international orders, please contact our Customer Service team for specific instructions and information regarding shipping costs.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or store credit.
